PROCESSING TIME
Standard Products:Â Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Print-on-Demand Products:Â Items featuring printed designs are made to order and typically take 3-7 business days to produce before shipping. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
We offer the following shipping options:
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: Free or $8.00 (depending on order)
- Express Shipping: $15.00
International Shipping:
- Calculated rates provided at checkout based on destination
- Rates vary by country and are provided through USPS and DHL Express
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
International:
- Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days depending on customs processing and location
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs and Duties:Â International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs Delays:Â International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays. We cannot control or predict customs processing times.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Onyx Rose Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your package and arranging for signature confirmation if you will not be available to receive it.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered before actual delivery
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
ORDER CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at onyxrosetattoostudio@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain locations at our discretion.
We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain items. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
