RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Onyx Rose Collective. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS (Standard Inventory)

We accept returns on non-custom products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been washed
  • Items without original tags

PRINT-ON-DEMAND & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Items featuring printed designs (including graphic tees, hoodies, and other printed apparel) are made to order and are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error in production.

If you receive a printed item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to:

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping costs

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at onyxrosetattoostudio@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at onyxrosetattoostudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
